Collector's Notes

The Tudor Black Bay P01 M70150-0001 brings back a late-1960s Tudor prototype proposed to the US Navy, produced roughly 50 years after the original design. The 42mm satin-finished steel case carries a bidirectional, 60-notch steel bezel with a 12-hour scale, locked in place by a hinged end-link at 12:00, the P01's signature feature. The domed black dial sits under a domed sapphire crystal. Inside is the manufacture Calibre MT5612 automatic movement, COSC chronometer certified. 200 meters of water resistance and a leather strap complete the build. We offer free domestic shipping via FedEx Overnight, fully insured at no extra cost. Orders are shipped to the nearest FedEx shipping center for secure pickup. Orders paid by credit card will be shipped only after the transaction is approved and settled, typically by 8:00 pm CT. Orders placed before 12:00 pm CT ship the next business day, while those placed after 12:00 pm CT ship on the second business day. To protect our customers, all orders must be shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card company unless an alternate shipping address is verified in advance. Orders paid via wire transfer will ship the same day funds are confirmed, with a cutoff time of 1:00 pm CT. We only accept wire transfers—no ACH or other electronic transfers.
