Lone Star Timepieces Limited Warranty
At Lone Star Timepieces, our mission is to provide exceptional service that extends well beyond the purchase of your luxury watch. Every watch bought or serviced through us is covered either by the original manufacturer's warranty or our own 1-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. Please note that certain exclusions may apply. The purchase date is determined by the date listed on the invoice or any other document recognized as proof of purchase by Lone Star Timepieces.
If the remaining original manufacturer’s warranty on a purchased watch is less than two years from the purchase date, we will step in as the warranty provider for the remaining time, covering the gap between the lapse of the original manufacturer’s warranty and the two-year mark from the date of purchase through Lone Star Timepieces. When a warranty claim is made for a watch still under the original manufacturer’s warranty, Lone Star Timepieces may submit the claim to the manufacturer for evaluation. The warranty terms and conditions in this case will be those provided by the manufacturer. Watches serviced by the manufacturer will be covered under the manufacturer's service warranty, which takes precedence over any other warranty from Lone Star Timepieces. If a component of a watch fails after being returned from manufacturer service and it is outside the manufacturer's warranty but within our two-year coverage, we may choose to repair or replace the component.
Vintage Warranty
At Lone Star Timepieces, we strive to provide outstanding service for every luxury watch purchase. However, vintage watches are not covered under our limited warranty due to the limited availability of replacement parts and the potential difficulty of repairs. We consider any watch that is 25 years or older to be vintage.
Repairs
We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all watches purchased through Lone Star Timepieces, with certain exclusions. Any repairs done by our company will be covered under this warranty, effective for two years from the date of purchase, as indicated on the invoice or any other document recognized as proof of purchase by Lone Star Timepieces.
What’s Not Covered:
The Lone Star Timepieces 2-year limited warranty does not cover damage caused by water or moisture, external wear and tear, or any external damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, bracelet/band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, missing stones, or gems on the external portion of the watch, or any other physical damage. Using the watch under conditions that exceed the manufacturer's guidelines will also void the warranty. Most mechanical and quartz watches do not keep perfect, accurate time, and our warranty does not cover watches that run slow or fast. Any third-party repairs or attempted repairs will void the Lone Star Timepieces 2-year limited warranty.
Lone Star Timepieces Warranty:
At Lone Star Timepieces, we are committed to delivering exceptional service beyond the purchase of your luxury watch. Every watch bought or serviced through us is covered either by the original manufacturer's warranty or our 2-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase, with certain exclusions.
The date of purchase is determined by the date listed on the invoice or any other document recognized as proof of purchase by Lone Star Timepieces.
Vintage watches are not covered under our limited warranty due to the potential unavailability of replacement parts and the difficulty of repairs.
If the original manufacturer’s warranty on your purchased watch is less than two years from the purchase date, we will provide warranty coverage for the remaining time up to the two-year mark from the date of purchase through Lone Star Timepieces.
Lone Star Timepieces Authenticity Guarantee:

- Mechanical watches are more delicate than other types; please check the specifications before engaging in activities that could subject the watch to excessive shock.
- Most mechanical and quartz watches do not keep perfect, accurate time; our warranty does not cover watches that run slow or fast.
- Vintage watches may contain repaired and/or aftermarket parts unless otherwise stated.
Thank you for choosing Lone Star Timepieces.
