FIVE DAY REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Lone Star Timepieces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our item does not meet your expectations, please notify us promptly so we can resolve any issues. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within three (3) days from the date your package is delivered.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE
- The condition of the watch is not as described or advertised.
- The watch is defective or damaged.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE
- Final sale items.
- Items that were worn and damaged.
- Requested items or specifically sourced timepieces.
REFUND/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To qualify for a refund, the item being returned must be in the condition it was sold. Please retain all original packaging and return all items that were included in the original shipment. We also ask that you pack your return securely to avoid any possible damage during shipping. If all items are not included in the return shipment, refunds will be delayed until the missing items are successfully returned to Lone Star Timepieces.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage, which could affect your refund. After the inspection is complete, a refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. In the unlikely event that a return package is lost in transit, an insurance claim will be processed, and a refund will only be issued upon the completion of the claim. Please note that Lone Star Timepieces does not offer cash refunds. Allow up to three (3) business days for funds to be credited back to the original account.
