SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

At Lone Star Timepieces, all our watches are readily available and typically ship within one business day upon order receipt and bank/credit card verification. We offer free domestic shipping via FedEx Overnight, complete with full insurance coverage at no extra cost to you. Please note that orders will be shipped to the nearest FedEx packing and shipping location.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped only after the credit card company has approved and “settled” the order. This process is typically completed each day at 8:00 pm CT. If your order is placed before 12:00 pm CT, it will ship out the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT will generally ship out on the 2nd business day. Please note that all orders must be shipped to the address on file with your credit card company. If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company and request to place an “alternate shipping address” on record, allowing us to verify this information. This additional step is a fraud-prevention method we use to protect our clients.

No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee any delivery date. Items ordered together may ship separately.

PAYMENT BY WIRE

Orders paid by wire will be shipped on the day we receive confirmation of the funds from our bank. The cutoff time to receive incoming wires is 1:00 pm CT. Please note that we accept wire transfers only—no ACH or other forms of electronic transfer will be accepted. Orders will be canceled for non-payment two full business days after the order has been placed without receiving funds or proper confirmation.

PAYMENT BY GOOGLE CHECKOUT

Orders paid via Google Checkout will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation and approval from Google Merchant Services. We cannot ship until this approval occurs. Approvals received by 1:00 pm CT will ship that same day, and approvals received after 1:00 pm CT will ship the next business day.

Other Important Notes

• FedEx is our primary shipping carrier. We do not accept other shipping methods for watch purchases made on this site.
• All U.S. watch orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight, insured, and will be delivered on a business day, Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
• You must provide a street address. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, including U.S. Territories/Provinces.

SALES AND USE TAX NOTICE

Many states now require residents to pay sales or use tax on purchases where sales tax was not collected at the time of sale. This use tax obligation may apply in situations such as:

• Ordering from a mail-order catalog
• Buying over the internet
• Purchasing goods in another state and having them shipped to your resident state

If sales tax is not charged and the goods are shipped to you in your resident state, you may owe use tax to your state. However, use tax is not owed if you pay another state’s sales tax on the purchase.

Please note that not all internet and mail-order catalog purchases are subject to use tax. Refer to your local city, county, or state taxing agency for questions regarding whether use tax may apply to your purchase.
